We are not photographing your home, we are photographing the potential new home of a prospective buyer. So taking out a quick moment to make sure the following things are done before we get there will make the process flow more smoothly.

We are trying to show off the home’s best features so a lot of “stuff” can distract from those features.

Dont forget to do this…

Exterior

Remove all motor vehicles from the driveway and do not park directly in front of the home.

Move garbage and recycling cans out of sight.

Remove all garden tools, hoses, and clutter from the exterior part of home.

Mow the lawn and do some light gardening if need be.f

Swimming Pool:

Make sure swimming pools and spas are clean and all dirt is swept off around pool.

Turn on the pool lights.
